New resources for COPD professionals: outlining the COPD care pathway and the core values guiding remote monitoring
Two new resources have been released by the BreathSense research team, with the aim of making COPD care more connected, patient-centred, and ready for remote monitoring. The COPD Care Process Metro Map visualises the patient journey in primary and secondary care, while the Values & Requirements website highlights what matters when designing remote patient monitoring solutions. Together, they provide practical guidance for developing innovations that fit real-world COPD care and the needs of patients and healthcare professionals.
